BALL NOSE
Also Known as Spherical end mill or ball end mill, has a semisphere at the Tool end. Ball nose endmills are used on workpieces with complex surfaces
CARBIDE DRILLS
Carbide drill bits stay sharp much longer than steel, HSS or titanium bits. They’re effective for drilling tile & masonry.
CARBIDE FLAT ENDMILLS
While a drill bit can only cut in the axial direction, a milling bit can generally cut in all directions. End mills are used in milling applications such as profile milling, tracer milling, face milling, and plunging.
ENDMILL FOR ALUMINIUM
Due to the soft and “sticky” nature of Aluminum, specific geometries and characteristics of a carbide end mill are required for efficient machining. We offer the best suited endmills in the market.

RADIUS ENDMILL
Conventional end mill with radius ground on the tips of the flutes to help reduce chipping on the tip. For mold applications, radius tools can remove more material faster than ball ends.
ROUGHING ENDMILL
Roughing endmills quickly remove large amounts of material. This kind of end mill utilizes a wavy tooth form cut on the periphery. These wavy teeth form many successive cutting edges producing many small chips, resulting in a relatively rough surface finish. During cutting , Multiple teeth are in contact with the work-piece reducing chatter and vibration.
SINGLE FLUE ENDMILL
Single – Flute End Mill. The specialty- ground geometry of this endmill is designed for high speed machining and high volume material removal.
TAPERED ENDMILL
